Frequent confession is important because it greatly helps us to overcome temptation and keep us in the state of grace, and to grow in virtue. Beginning with the age of reason, generally age seven, we are commanded to confess our sins at least once a year.
Confession at MPBP is available 30 minutes before Sunday Mass, by appointment, and from 3 – 5 pm on Saturdays at Holy Family Cathedral.
